Overview

We partnered with Sleft to redesign their SaaS dashboard — a data-heavy platform used daily by operations teams. The goal was to reduce cognitive load and help users make faster, more confident decisions.

Problem

The existing interface was cluttered with overlapping data panels, inconsistent typography, and a navigation structure that buried key actions. Users frequently reported confusion when switching between modules, and onboarding new team members took far longer than it should.

Solution

We restructured the information architecture from the ground up — introducing a clear visual hierarchy, a collapsible side navigation, and a consistent component library. Charts and tables were redesigned for scannability, with purposeful use of color to surface critical data instantly.

Process

Starting with a UX audit and stakeholder interviews, we mapped the core user journeys and identified the highest-friction touchpoints. From there we built low-fidelity wireframes, tested them with real users, and iterated into polished high-fidelity screens ready for handoff.

Outcome

The redesigned dashboard delivered a measurable improvement in task completion speed, a significant drop in support tickets related to navigation confusion, and a much smoother onboarding flow — setting a scalable design foundation for Sleft's continued product growth.
