Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Restack design subscription service ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Restack provides unlimited design request services on a monthly subscription basis. Services include product design, web and landing pages, ad creatives, brand identity, pitch decks, and motion design (as an add-on). All deliverables are provided digitally through our design dashboard.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize Restack to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Pausing and Cancellation

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Pausing suspends billing and active requests. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

5. Turnaround Times

Restack aims to deliver design requests within 1–2 business days. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on request complexity and current queue volume. Restack does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

6. Revisions

Unlimited revision requests are included with your subscription. Revisions must relate to active deliverables and remain within the scope of the original brief. Requests that significantly change the original direction may be treated as new tasks.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a given subscription period, all original design deliverables produced for you during that period are assigned to you. Restack retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All internal tools, processes, templates, and methodologies used by Restack remain the exclusive property of Restack.

8. License and Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer any part of Restack's tools or processes, or take any action that interferes with the operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restack, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Restack reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, where necessary, through binding arbitration.
